Rooted in the real estate industry as an agent, homeowner, and investor, Ganten Kirby has been serving both buyers and sellers in Georgia for more than a decade. Seeking a challenge and noticing an opportunity, Ganten launched his career in 2009 during the most tumultuous time in real estate. Through his adept navigation and ultimate capitalization of the foreclosure market, particularly in Metro Atlanta, Ganten’s business grew rapidly. As the market rebounded, Ganten’s scope of work eventually evolved to include the full-scale retail space in addition to traditional home sales.
While his portfolio and client base have expanded over the years, his dedication to building a solid, educated foundation with each client is unwavering. From Day One, Ganten’s goal has remained the same: help each client create wealth through home and property ownership.

Whether buying or selling, Ganten is insistent that each client develop a solid understanding of the current real estate climate and, before any property searching or marketing is performed, he teaches the fundamentals of the real estate process. Buyers learn about contracts and negotiation strategies, while sellers are taught to identify what potential buyers are looking for and how to maximize their property’s value. Ganten's strongest attribute is loyalty, which is demonstrated in the relationships he builds. Home ownership lasts a lifetime, and Ganten approaches each new client as a partnership that can have a positive impact for generations to come. He wants to be your trusted advisor and the person you call when you want to invest in a rental property, find a new residence for your growing family, or build your dream home. Ganten has conducted business all throughout the state of Georgia. From 2009 through the summer of 2020, he worked primarily in Atlanta, from Midtown to Decatur to East Atlanta Village, and sold homes in Smyrna, Marietta, and Alpharetta as well. In August of 2020, Ganten moved back to his hometown of St. Simons Island, Georgia, to pursue opportunities in the exceptional Golden Isles real estate market.
He is well-rounded, and this talent has brought him many awards including being named Five-Star Agent by Atlanta Magazine from 2012-2020. Other accolades from Keller Williams Realty include being the No. 2 agent at KW Atlanta Midtown in 2019 and No. 1 for 2020, as well as the No. 4 agent in KW for the entire Southeast Region in June of 2020.
Ganten also has extensive involvement in real estate investments. Whether clients are looking for a single-family rental property, considering commercial real estate ventures, or seeking land development opportunities, Ganten possesses the personal experience and professional know-how to make clients’ dreams of building wealth a reality. A graduate of the UGA Terry College of Business and the son of a successful St. Simons Island member of NAR, Ganten knows how to maximize the beautiful state he calls home. In his spare time, Ganten enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and energetic daughters. When he’s not manning the grill or doting on his girls, you can find him surfing, paddleboarding, fishing, hunting, boating, or SCUBA diving.
